At Bucksave.shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a dropshipping store, all orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. We have created this policy to be fair for both our customers and our business.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be in its original, unused, and unopened packaging.
  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Not be used, worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened beauty, skincare, grooming, or health products
  • Perishable goods (food, supplements, etc.)
  • Digital products, gift cards, or software
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us first at bucksave.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item (if requested), and reason for return.
  3. Wait for our approval before shipping anything back.
  4. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Important: Returns shipped without prior approval may be refused.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds usually appear in 5–10 business days after inspection (depending on your bank).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (both original and return shipping).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
  • We recommend using a trackable service and keeping the receipt.

Defective or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will cover the return shipping (via a prepaid label when possible) and offer a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size/color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

International Orders

Customers outside of the United States (or your primary shipping country) are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties. Refunds will only cover the product cost.

We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. The version posted on the website at the time of your purchase applies.
